Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
Refunds are prorated based on the effective contract termination date and the remaining time that was left on the original contract. Minimum commitment is 6 months before a contract is eligible for a pro-rated refund upon pre-mature termination.
