What do you like best about the product?
Complaynce is a very user-friendly tool that makes the GRC process much easier. The support team is amazing, and the product keeps improving, with new features being added regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely like everything about this tool, and honestly, I can’t find a single major flaw in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GRC processes can be tedious, but using a solid tool like Complyance, with its AI feature, helps streamline the work, shorten the overall process, and make everything feel much more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Complyance is very easy to use. It's great to have policies, controls, risk register and vendor management all under one platform. Support has been exceptional of walking our team through the process. AI features make process much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It would save us more time if reports had more export formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having one platform for all our GRC needs saves us so much time. AI feature is very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease if customizations and flexibility with integrations. Separately, the customer success team and support is amazing. They really want to ensure they understand you flows and guide you through how to make the best use of the tool. The AI on top of the controls is very easy to use and customize as well. Enables explainability for regular control owners and auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI at the control level could be different along with the dashboarding. It is limited dashboarding in comparison to other tools. However, it does enable us to export data out easily so if we have broader dashboarding needs to use a Tableau as an example, it enables us to do that.
