This AWS native solution guides patients through structured digital questionnaires, extracting relevant clinical and administrative indicators in real time. Responses are interpreted using AI driven models to identify potential risks, flag follow ups, and generate structured intake summaries that feed directly into scheduling, clinical review, and administrative workflows—eliminating repeated manual intervention.
Secure, scalable processing is supported using Amazon API Gateway for interaction management, AWS Lambda for workflow orchestration, and Amazon S3 and DynamoDB for reliable storage and retrieval. Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Comprehend provide AI based interpretation of patient inputs, extracting context, intent, and key signals. Operational monitoring is maintained via Amazon CloudWatch, while IAM, AWS KMS, and VPC isolation ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive patient data. The solution scales dynamically to support fluctuating intake volumes while maintaining consistent performance and a patient friendly experience.
