Secure, scalable processing is supported using Amazon API Gateway for interaction management, AWS Lambda for workflow orchestration, and Amazon S3 and DynamoDB for reliable storage and retrieval. Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Comprehend provide AI based interpretation of patient inputs, extracting context, intent, and key signals. Operational monitoring is maintained via Amazon CloudWatch, while IAM, AWS KMS, and VPC isolation ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive patient data.
