Duckbill's retainer gives you flexible, on-demand access to AWS cloud financial management expertise. Purchase a block of hours and use them across any cloud cost management need related to your AWS environment — optimization analysis, financial modeling, architecture reviews, FinOps team guidance, AWS Cost and Usage Report analysis, Savings Plans and Reserved Instance strategy, and more.
Retainer hours are valid for 12 months from purchase. We provide weekly utilization reports during active engagements and monthly reports otherwise. All work is authorized via email or Slack.
Excluded: Cloud contract negotiation and FinOps practice assessment services are not available under the retainer (these are available as separate listings).
Note: As our services require access to AWS Cost Explorer and Data Exports, you are responsible for any additional AWS infrastructure charges incurred as part of this service.
