Through HHS NextGen, we bring a combination of our domain knowledge, lessons learned, and leading practices, tailored to meet the different requirements and needs of your state.
HHS NextGen Self Service Portal encapsulates Deloitte’s latest design and architectural patterns for building responsive public websites. HHS NextGen’s design is informed by user research and feedback, and it is WCAG 2.1 AA certified. We incorporate human-centered design techniques to create positive experiences for the people served through the portal. HHS NextGen leverages a microservices-based architecture and AWS services such as RDS, EC2, Lambda, and S3. HHS NextGen can be integrated with existing worker-facing case management systems through APIs.
