    Overview

    Cloud Consulting Services provides a prepaid pool of professional services hours to deliver AWS cloud projects in a Time & Materials engagement. Nublit’s AWS-certified team works with the customer to design, implement, migrate, modernize, and operate cloud workloads, leveraging AWS best practices (e.g., Well-Architected guidance). Typical activities include: current-state assessment, target architecture definition, Landing Zone and networking setup, security hardening and IAM best practices, automation using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps pipelines, workload migration and modernization (containers/serverless where applicable), monitoring/observability enablement, and cost/performance optimization. This engagement is focused on project execution and delivery milestones (not continuous monitoring services or general support activities). Service levels (including response expectations) are agreed based on the planned scope and scheduled activities. Hours are consumed based on actual effort and can be applied flexibly across agreed project tasks.
