    - Future Workforce: Develop a view of the future skills your workforce will require across the value chain to achieve your strategy and deliver against the target operating model. - Cost-base Benchmarking: Benchmark the performance of your organisation against its peers and competitors, looking at measures including revenue, gross profit, SG&A, COGS etc. - Op Model Discovery & Design: Rapid assessment of your IT strategy & roadmap, determining the required interim & target state operating model capabilities.
