What exactly does one single-user license cover, and can I share it with a colleague?
One unit covers one named individual. The course material, including books, test questions, and other courseware, is for your individual use only. You cannot share, sell, or reuse it for teaching others without written permission. To train a colleague, buy a separate unit.
How long do I have access to the course after purchase, and can I extend it?
OnDemand access runs 120 days once you click Start Course, or 14 days after the course becomes available if you delay. You can buy 45-day extensions by contacting support, but total access cannot exceed one year from the original activation date.
Does the license include a GIAC certification exam, or is that a separate cost?
No. The single-user license covers course training only. GIAC certification exams are sold separately and are not required. You can add a certification exam bundle during registration or later through your account, but that is a distinct purchase from this course license.
