Turn historical cohort data into a clearer view of dementia risk. Gia delivers retrospective, cohort-level analytics for payer teams, with predictable prepaid plans and hosted compute included.
A clearer view of dementia risk across your cohort.
Gia Cognitive Health Analytics helps payer and organizational analytics teams review historical populations through aggregate, retrospective dementia analytics. Scienza manages the hosted model and compute, so your team can focus on reviewing cohort reports. Each cohort supports up to 500 residents from one operator-approved source and one historical anchor.
Choose annual capacity that fits your program:
Pilot Cohort: One cohort, 12 successful analyses over 12 months, with a monthly cadence allowed.
Plan Pack: Four cohorts, with four quarterly successful analyses per cohort over 12 months.
Hosted compute is included in both plans. Choose one plan at a fixed quantity of one. This listing has no trial, add-ons or automatic overage. A successful published report uses one analysis; new runs stop when the allowance is exhausted or the contract is cancelled or expires.
Designed for authorized organizational analytics use. Customers receive reports and service access; Scienza retains the private model and runtime in its US cloud. This purchase covers dementia cohort analytics and does not include Gia clinical-platform access or other models. Outputs do not diagnose individuals, recommend treatment, establish treatment effects or demonstrate improved outcomes. Aggregate reports remain controlled information; aggregation alone does not guarantee deidentification.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Both options are 12-month contracts billed as units, with compute hosting included. You pick based on how many cohorts you want to analyze. The Pilot Cohort covers one cohort and allows up to 12 successful analyses. The Plan Pack covers four cohorts, with four analyses per cohort. So the choice scales with the number of cohorts you run, not with per-member usage. Each analysis runs on a prepared export of up to 500 members and returns aggregate results.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one cohort and one analysis for billing purposes?
A cohort is a defined group you submit for scoring. One analysis runs on a prepared export of up to 500 members. You send diagnoses, encounters, medications, and assessments. Each analysis returns aggregate eligibility counts, a cohort mean score, and provenance. Members are never named individually.
What does "successful analyses" mean, and does a failed run count against my total?
The Pilot Cohort includes 12 successful analyses, and the Plan Pack includes four successful analyses per cohort. The pricing counts successful runs toward your total. For any analysis that does not complete successfully, contact the vendor for how it is handled.
Is compute hosting an added cost, or is it covered by each option?
Compute is included in both the Pilot Cohort and Plan Pack. Scienza hosts the model in a secure US cloud, so you do not pay separately for infrastructure. Your submitted data is not used to train the model.
