    What do you like best about the product?
    The fact that I can put all my clients on and add all the different task to each to know exactly what we worked on. The fact that I can enter a fee and it tells me when I am over is always very good ! There is so much the love. But think the fact that I can switch the bill or not to off is also fantastic ! In our work is happens a lot that it is a billable client but you made a mistake so you cannot bill the time but need to know how much time was spent on that. I always had a problem with my employees not submitting timesheets or only completing at end of month and then they thumb suck. No I can see everyday what they are working on, if they submitted and the prompt to submit every week is very helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not much :)
    The only improvement I would love is if you can pause and resume your timer. It happens a lot that I am working on someone and someone calls me or I quickly need to get up and assist someone and then it is nice to just quickly pause for that few minutes and resume when I am done - now I have to make a whole new entry when I had to stop. as we work solely based on time based invoicing it is important to pause when I am not working on the client ! But that is about the only thing that I would really like to see
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Just to make sure that time is captured to bill clients correctly. Using other apps did not work so well and not just as easy as time camp. This app solved a few problems I had all in one app! But to be able exactly on what is billable and what not makes my invoicing so much more effective. And the fact that we can time track even when it is not billable give you a very good idea on what is "wasting time", how much time is spent on mistakes - but now it is so much easier to track everything because I do not just have to enter my billable clients

    What do you like best about the product?
    It assists me in recording the hours I have worked and logging my time. Also, the main thing I liked about Time Champ is I do not have to start it manually, as it starts automatically when I log in to my working system
    What do you dislike about the product?
    At the moment, I have no complaints since it is functioning well on my Windows system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is helping in loging in my working hours and also takes snapshots which my senior team and cross-check for managing my productivity.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Even though I only had a freemium account, the customer service team really went out of their way to help me resolve an issue when I changed emails. Very polite, helpful and they solved the problem fast!

    Nothing! I think it's great. i could be better at using the widget, but that's on me
