Amitron offers three service levels—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—differentiated by guaranteed response times and the scope of support provided. This service ensures expert troubleshooting and guidance while maintaining a simple, efficient support process.
Co-Managed Services
Amitron’s co-managed service extends reactive support into proactive management for Trend Micro products. This service reduces the operational burden and required product expertise for your IT team, while preserving full control and governance. Amitron specialists conduct periodic technical reviews and security audits, documenting findings and recommendations to ensure optimal performance and continuous protection. While Amitron manages the proactive operations, the customer retains responsibility for governance, daily operational management, and configuration. This service guarantees that your Trend Micro environment—covering Trend Vision One, Cyber Risk Exposure Management, Workload Security, Network Security, Zero Trust Secure Access, XDR for Networks, Network Intrusion Prevention, and email security—runs efficiently and securely.
Co-Managed 8x5 XDR
The Co-Managed 8x5 XDR service provides extended operational support for Trend Micro XDR solutions and associated security products, relieving your IT team of the majority of security workload. Amitron specialists monitor and analyze low, medium, and high-critical security events generated by XDR and EDR systems during business hours (8x5), providing advisories or optional automated mitigation for high-severity incidents. Regular technical audits verify agent deployment, platform coverage, and integrations with firewalls and SIEMs, such as Microsoft Azure Sentinel. A Threat Intelligence Platform is deployed and managed to enrich XDR data, improving detection, automated response, and overall security oversight. This service ensures reliable operation and continuous protection of Trend Micro products, including Trend Vision One, Cyber Risk Exposure Management, Workload Security, Network Security, Zero Trust Secure Access, XDR for Networks, Network Intrusion Prevention, and email security.
Fully Managed 24x7 XDR
The Fully Managed 24x7 XDR service delivers continuous, around-the-clock monitoring, management, and incident response for Trend Micro products. Amitron security specialists proactively analyze all security events in real time, responding immediately to high-critical threats. This includes full management of the XDR platform, ensuring correct agent deployment, firewall and SIEM integrations (including Microsoft Azure Sentinel), and ongoing optimization of detection rules and policies. Threat Intelligence is integrated to enrich XDR data, enabling faster detection, automated mitigation, and actionable security insights. Periodic technical and security audits confirm platform effectiveness, coverage, and adherence to best practices.
