    intive AI-Native Engineering Workshop - Spec-Driven Development

     Info
    Sold by: intive GmbH
Complimentary workshop with live AWS Kiro demos and structured use-case mapping for CTOs and senior engineers ready to adopt spec-driven development.

    Overview

The AI-Native Engineering Workshop is a complimentary structured session for engineering leaders and senior developers who want to see spec-driven development in practice - not in a slide deck.

Most AI workshops end where they start: with awareness. This one ends with a ranked shortlist of AI-native engineering opportunities specific to your stack and a scoped plan for the most viable one. The full-day variant adds a solution design working session that produces a PoC or implementation outline your team can act on immediately.

    Agenda

09:00 - Scene-setting: The AI-native engineering thesis and why spec-driven development is a step-change, not an incremental improvement.

09:30 - Current state mapping: Structured conversation about how your team builds today - lead times, handoff friction, test coverage, and where AI has (or hasn't) moved the needle.

10:30 - Live demonstration: A live AWS Kiro session - Constitution definition, spec authoring, AI implementation, and review - on a real feature, in real time.

Half-day variant ends here with a solution outline and next-step discussion.

11:30 - Use-case identification: Working session to identify and prioritise 3-5 AI-native engineering opportunities specific to your stack, team structure, and backlog.

13:00 - Lunch, hosted by intive.

13:45 - Solution design: The group works through the top use case - scoping a PoC or implementation plan, identifying dependencies, agreeing success criteria, and sizing effort.

    15:15 - Wrap-up and recommended next steps.

    Confidentiality and Data Handling

We understand that workshop discussions involve sensitive information about your engineering processes, architecture, and backlog. All participants sign a mutual NDA before the session begins. Notes, artifacts, and deliverables produced during the workshop are shared exclusively with your team and are not retained by intive beyond delivery. No customer code or proprietary data is stored on intive systems after the engagement concludes.

    Attendance Requirements

CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent - full-day attendance required. 2-3 senior engineers recommended. Maximum 8 participants. This is a working session; freeloaders waste everyone's time.

    Delivery

Hosted in Dublin (IE), Wroclaw (PL), or Regensburg (DE). Customer-site delivery available; travel and expenses charged at cost.
