Engagement Scope
Phase 1 — FTR Readiness Assessment (Week 1)
Kick-off with your engineering team to map your SaaS architecture: tenancy model, data isolation, identity design, and deployment topology. We run a gap analysis against all FTR pillars and an automated CIS Benchmark security scan, evaluated in the context of your tenancy model — tenant isolation boundaries and shared resource controls for multi-tenant products; per-environment segregation and operational consistency for single-tenant products. Delivered as a written gap report prioritized by severity.
Phase 2 — Remediation Support (Weeks 2–3)
- Hands-on guidance for every blocking finding.
- For multi-tenant SaaS: IAM boundary policies, cross-tenant access controls, shared service logging, and compute/storage/network isolation.
- For single-tenant SaaS: per-tenant IAM roles, environment-level encryption, backup and recovery, and runbook consistency.
- Includes review of CloudTrail, VPC design, secrets management, and encryption posture.
- Re-assessment after implementation to confirm readiness.
Phase 3 — Submission & Approval (Week 4)
- Preparation of all technical documentation and evidence packages, submission QA, and coordination with AWS reviewers through the approval cycle. The engagement continues until approval is confirmed.
