The service leverages AWS-native services including AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS Compute Optimizer, AWS Trusted Advisor, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, and Amazon S3 usage analytics.
This professional service helps customers achieve specific outcomes related to AWS Cloud adoption and management, including improved cost control, enhanced financial governance, and sustainable long-term operational efficiency within their AWS accounts. All services are delivered within the customer's AWS account environment, without transferring account ownership or control.

Support for this service is provided directly by Jedi Hill as part of a managed AWS Cloud operational management engagement.
This service directly supports customers in the ongoing adoption and operational management of their AWS Cloud environments, including cost governance, utilization monitoring, and AWS-native service optimization.
Customers receive structured monthly service reviews, operational cost analysis, and documented optimization recommendations. Following acceptance of a private offer through AWS Marketplace, Jedi Hill initiates onboarding within two business days and provides next steps in accordance with the agreed engagement scope.
Ongoing advisory and clarification support are provided via scheduled review sessions and email communication throughout the contract duration.
All service activities are performed within customer-owned AWS accounts using secure, least-privilege cross-account IAM roles and temporary credentials. Jedi Hill does not retain long-term access credentials.
All services are billed through AWS Marketplace in accordance with the accepted private offer. Customers remain responsible for any additional AWS infrastructure charges incurred within their AWS accounts.
