Dimensions summary
Appify prices six capabilities separately, each billed per user under a contract. You choose from Calendars, Maps, Checklists, Signatures, Forms and Flows, and Inventory. These are independent options, not tiers, so you pay only for the capabilities your team uses. Each dimension scales with the number of users you license. You can combine one or more capabilities to match your business needs. The per-user unit means pricing grows with the size of the team assigned to each capability.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one licensed team member assigned to that capability. You are billed per user for each capability separately. If a person uses two capabilities, they count once under each. The count reflects how many people you assign, not how often they log in.
Each capability bills independently by its own user count. Charges add together on one invoice. Assigning ten users to Forms and Flows and five to Inventory produces two separate per-user line items. The capability with more assigned users drives a larger share of your total.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, I found this software boasts a user-friendly interface that facilitates the creation and design of apps through simple drag-and-drop functionality Also, This eliminates the need for coding expertise, ensuring that a broader audience of users can easily access and utilize Appify.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern is that Appify may not be the most appropriate choice for intricate applications that demand extensive customization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite simple to use and ideal for noncoders to create their own applications. The team is fantastic and provides excellent customer service. Regardless of how complex a process is, it functions well with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some meetings at first seemed to be the same. It would be nice if Android support were now available; it appears that it is only planned for the future. This is the main downside of Appify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With their personalized apps, which have significantly increased the effectiveness and organization of our everyday duties, Appify has made things so much simpler. The best aspect is that we can now easily follow our off-site technicians' work, travel, and spending in real-time even when they're on the go. Our activities are now more interconnected, and our staff has greatly benefited from Appify's app's user-friendliness.

It does not have very advanced support for Android devices. They must add it as soon as possible because this operating system is one of the most used.

What do you like best about the product?
Appify allows me to create an app that is custom built for my needs. I have a team that is easy to contact and are ready to help correct any issues that may arrise. They are always willing to sit down with me to go over operations to better understand how everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I dislike about Appify. They listen to any questions or technical problems I present to them, making sure to make the necessary corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled with not having a central system that tracks what our off-site technicians are working on, what the status of their job is, and a place for those workers to record their labor / travel / expenses. Appify has been able to create accounts for all my employees, so they can have easy access to ensure all of their daily tasks are completed. By simply going to the Appify app, they will find fields to add anything that is required of them.
