Support Description: Applied Cloud Computing provides managed services support for customer AWS environments based on the agreed scope of work and support plan. Buyers can expect support for AWS cloud operations, monitoring, incident management, service requests, cloud administration, backup monitoring, security governance, cost optimization support, and periodic operational reporting. Support will be delivered by ACC’s AWS-certified cloud operations team through email, phone, and ticketing/communication channels agreed during onboarding. Support coverage, response times, escalation matrix, reporting frequency, and service levels will be defined in the customer-specific agreement or private offer. For critical workloads, ACC can provide 24x7 monitoring and incident response support as per the contracted service plan.
