Overview
The Ovation Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) dataset contains over 400,000 de-identified diagnostic test results collected daily from clinical laboratories across the United States from 2019 to present. It is ideally suited for applications such as viral surveillance and understanding fluctuations in seasonal RSV patterns. This dataset is unique because it includes normalized patient-level test results, CT values (a measure of the viral load), as well as detailed date and geography information.
The data is made available in two forms, depending on whether the data will be used independently, or linked with other de-identified clinical data. The linkable dataset contains tokens provided by Datavant to enable de-identified patient matching between datasets.
