Starlight Retail Managed Backup Professional Services provides end-to-end implementation, data migration, and ongoing managed operations for organizations deploying cloud backup on AWS. Engagements are scoped per project and delivered as AWS Marketplace private offers, so all charges appear directly in your AWS bill with no separate invoicing required.
This service relates to and is designed to deploy and configure the following AWS Marketplace product and AWS services: Starlight Storage Protect for Cloud - AWS Managed Backup (SaaS), AWS Backup, Amazon S3, AWS Key Management Service (KMS), Amazon EC2, and AWS CloudFormation. Our engineers handle the full deployment lifecycle — VPC and IAM setup, AWS Backup plan and vault configuration, Veeam agent integration, and the Quick Launch appliance deployment — leaving your team with a fully operational, policy-driven backup environment from day one.
Three fixed-fee implementation packages are available: Starter ($2,500) for single-site onboarding on the Basic tier, Standard ($7,500) for up to five sites on the Professional tier with migration planning, and Enterprise ($20,000) for unlimited sites with white-glove delivery, full data migration, and 30-day hypercare.
