The service helps customers keep critical media operations running reliably while reducing the internal burden of managing cloud-native media systems. Presidio supports incident response, issue triage, service health monitoring, operational runbooks, and bug-fix support across the deployed environment so customers can focus on content operations, monetization, and audience outcomes. Managed services are aligned to AWS best practices and Presidio's operating model for production support. The engagement is intended for monitoring, management, troubleshooting, and support of the deployed solution. New feature development, major platform evolution, and customer-specific enhancement projects are typically handled through separate professional services engagements. All solution components are deployed and run within the customer's AWS environment. Presidio does not operate a centralized shared platform on behalf of customers. Customers remain responsible for AWS infrastructure costs associated with the services deployed in their account.
