Rackspace’s AWS Partner Central Migration Readiness & Discovery Engagement is a fixed 20-hour professional services offering designed to assess partner readiness for migrating into AWS Partner Central. This engagement evaluates AWS account linking, reviews identity and access considerations per user, analyzes workflow readiness, and supports high-level migration planning. Rackspace identifies blockers, provides a readiness checklist, and outlines next steps required for a smooth migration. This offering uses AWS Partner Central and includes assessment of AWS account configuration, user onboarding paths, and permission readiness. The engagement does not include remediation, configuration, identity engineering, or full migration execution. Any required fixes identified during the assessment may be addressed through a follow-on engagement if needed.

• Optional live migration observation if initiated during the engagement window
• Audit that the migration completed and users can access Partner Central if migration occurs during the engagement period
