If you are unsure how these can be applied to your industry, we will run a free workshop to analyze your business and identify high-value opportunities. Or, if you already have a vision, we can start building right away.

Our structured roadmap ensures a seamless journey from idea to execution:

• Discovery and Funding: We talk to you about your project, opportunities, and expected outcomes from the PoC engagement.
• Optional Workshop: We can optionally run a 90-minute remote workshop to analyze your current workflows and uncover high-impact opportunities for GenAI and data innovation.
• Rapid Build: Once funding is approved, we schedule a kick-off call and aim to start work within two weeks. We build a rapid prototype in a single, focused sprint, typically taking 1-2 weeks.
• Demo and Handover: We walk you through your proof of concept in a live, interactive demonstration. Following this, we transfer full ownership of all code, documentation, artifacts, and IP.
• Next Steps: Following a successful proof of concept, we can help you move the solution into production. Or you can do it independently, there is no commitment.
