Most enterprises have already invested in cloud and AI, yet adoption stalls between strategy and production — usually because AI is blocked by legacy systems and data silos. This workshop closes that gap. It combines two technologies. AWS Transform is AWS's first agentic AI service for large-scale migration and modernization. AI/works™, the Thoughtworks Agentic Development Platform, runs natively on top of it; applying engineering patterns and enterprise knowledge to turn generic outputs into business-specific software. Around both sits three decades of Thoughtworks engineering, including the Strangler Fig pattern by our Chief Scientist, Martin Fowler.

Our experts work alongside your team across the three days: we frame the problem, design the agentic architecture on AWS, and deliver a functional prototype by day three. It draws on the AWS services your prototype needs — Amazon Bedrock for model orchestration and guardrails, Amazon SageMaker for advanced AI workflows, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon CloudWatch, plus AWS Mainframe Modernization Service and AWS Migration Hub where relevant.

By day three you leave with a prioritized AI strategy, and a scoped pilot for a production-ready AWS architecture and a clear roadmap to MVP.
