Thoughtworks AI/works: Agentic AI Strategy Workshop on AWS

Thoughtworks AI/works™ is a 3-day agentic AI strategy and rapid prototyping workshop designed to help enterprises and ISVs identify where generative AI can deliver the greatest commercial impact. Moving beyond experimentation, this engagement focuses on high-value use cases such as legacy modernisation, AI-native product development, and process optimisation. Using a structured, spec-driven approach, we help organisations define clear AI strategies, prioritise opportunities, and rapidly validate ideas through a functional prototype built on Amazon Web Services.

During the workshop, Thoughtworks experts guide teams through problem framing, agentic architecture design, and a hands-on build sprint to deliver a working concept. The solution leverages key AWS services including Amazon Bedrock for model orchestration and guardrails, Amazon SageMaker for advanced AI workflows, and serverless and data services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon CloudWatch to support scalable, auditable architectures. For modernisation use cases, services like AWS Mainframe Modernization Service and AWS Migration Hub are incorporated where relevant.
