Overview
Cloud Combinator helps engineering teams put AI-Driven Development Lifecycle practices into use with Codex and OpenAI models on Amazon Bedrock.
The engagement starts with your engineering workflow, one selected repository and an agreed use case. Together we define the intended outcome, quality checks, data handling and AWS access requirements. We then configure the Codex connection and guide your team through a pilot from requirements to a reviewed code change and operational handover.
The core service includes:
-
Discovery and a written pilot scope with acceptance criteria.
-
Codex configuration for the agreed Bedrock model and access path.
-
Repository instructions and templates for requirements, implementation, testing and review.
-
A guided pilot with human approval of key decisions, code changes and deployment actions.
-
Team enablement, a handover pack and a plan for wider rollout.
For teams that need additional governance, an optional LiteLLM gateway workstream covers scoped developer access, usage attribution and budget controls. Its architecture, identity integration, model routes and acceptance tests are agreed separately. Production agent deployment and ongoing managed operations can be scoped as follow-on engagements.
Supported Codex surfaces and features depend on the selected Bedrock configuration. The model, endpoint and inference routing are selected against your processing geography, security and performance requirements. Logging and retention are agreed before collecting prompt or source content.
Price, delivery dates, team size and support coverage are agreed in the statement of work and private offer. Service charges are billed through the selected AWS Marketplace dimensions. Customers are responsible for additional AWS infrastructure and model usage charges, and any applicable third-party charges, separately from this professional services purchase.
