We are excited to announce the v1.2 release of Niyantrac - a unified AWS configuration management platform built for versioning, rollback, and disaster recovery across CloudFront distributions, Route53 hosted zones, WAF Web ACLs, IAM resources, and Identity Center configurations.
Niyantrac simplifies CDN, DNS, firewall, identity, and SSO management by providing visibility, reliability, and automation across configuration changes. Teams gain unified control over CloudFront, Route53, WAF, IAM, and Identity Center - enabling safer deployments, faster recovery, and improved operational resilience.
NEW FEATURES
IAM VAULT VERSIONING Captures every change to IAM users, roles, groups, and customer-managed policies.
- Tracks policy attachments, group memberships, trust policies, and tags as part of each version
- Extends beyond the AWS-native 5-version policy limit with unlimited version history
IAM VAULT-WIDE BACKUP & ROLLBACK One-click operations for bulk recovery from scripted changes or credential incidents.
- Backup All: captures versions for every IAM resource that has changed since the last backup
- Rollback All: reverts the entire IAM configuration to its most recent previous state
