ClearView - MAP Migrate

The ClearView Migrate phase is the final, high-velocity execution engine of the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). This phase focuses on transforming the strategic designs and wave plans from the Mobilize phase into a fully operational, automated migration factory that prioritizes immediate cost savings and deep technical debt reduction.

Key Activities

• Implementation & Environmental Setup: Deploying the foundational Organizational Units across Sandbox, Dev/QA, and Production stages.

• Validation, Cutover, and Handoff: Executing functional and performance testing, followed by the formal production cutover. The project concludes with Knowledge Transfer through the delivery of architecture design documents and automation runbooks to ensure the customer can manage the new environment.

• Successfully transitioned and validated application and database environments on AWS.

• All architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and Security Playbooks developed for the new environment.

• All templates, scripts, and Operations Runbooks utilized for the migration and ongoing management.
