AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy one annual contract that includes 48,000 Vminutes of automated audio/video quality control. A Vminute measures processing usage per file, with a 5-Vminute minimum charged for each file. Your plan lets you run up to 5 QC jobs at the same time. This is a fully managed cloud service, so Venera handles the infrastructure. Pricing scales by the Vminutes you consume against the included pool. If you process files beyond the 48,000 included Vminutes, added usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis at the listed rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Vminute measure, and how is usage counted per file?
A Vminute measures QC processing usage against your 48,000 included pool. Each file you submit draws a minimum of 5 Vminutes, even if it is short. Longer or higher-resolution files consume more Vminutes based on the content processed.
How does the 5 simultaneous jobs limit affect processing when I submit many files at once?
You can run up to 5 QC jobs at the same time under this plan. Extra files wait in a queue until a slot frees up. The service auto-scales infrastructure, but concurrent job count stays capped at 5 for this plan.
Will I face separate data transfer charges for the content Quasar analyzes?
No. Venera creates the processing virtual machines in the same region as your stored content. This keeps analysis local to your content region, so you avoid data transfer charges for the files being checked.
