You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
After successful launch wait for 30 seconds and then Connect your virtual machine via SSH using username "ubuntu". When browsing to http://<Public_IP> you are prompted for a username and password. The username is 'admin' and the password is '<Instance_ID>. To Access your application : Step 1: go to http://<Public_IP> and follow On-screen Instructions. Step 2: Use Database details as below: Database host: localhost Database username : e107 Database name: e107 Database password: Password is your <Instance_ID>
Step 3: Leaving the "Create database" option checked results in a warning that the database will be overwritten. This option should be checked and go ahead. Step 4: Follow On-screen instructions.
