Pricing scales by the number of suppliers you manage on the platform. You choose one tier based on your supplier count: up to 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000 suppliers. Each tier is billed as an annual contract. All tiers include the same capabilities: the onboarding portal, offboarding, compliance monitoring, financial and legal risk monitoring, a document center, and unlimited user seat licenses. The only difference between tiers is how many suppliers you can govern. There are no per-user fees, so cost rises only with supplier volume.

A supplier is any vendor you actively manage and govern in the platform, including their profile and documentation. Your tier is set by the total count of these managed suppliers. Onboarding portals, offboarding, and compliance records all tie to that governed supplier population.
Each tier caps the number of suppliers you can manage, such as up to 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000. If you exceed your cap, you move to the tier that covers your new volume. The move is not automatic; you select the tier matching your supplier count.
No. Every tier includes unlimited user seat licenses, so adding team members does not change your price. Cost is driven only by how many suppliers you manage. There are no per-user fees and no penalties for expanding how departments use the system.

Vendor refund policy
In case of termination for convenience by CUSTOMER, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused in an applicable Subscription Period. Subscription fees may be refunded for unused months in the event of termination in the instances of non-compliance & failure to cure, or mutual agreement by the Parties.
