    An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

    Usage instructions

    Create an EC2 instance with 1-Click or by using EC2 Console step by step approach or from AWS Cli. SSH to the Public DNS or Public IP address using 'maintuser' and the key pair specified at instance launch time. SUDO needs to be used in order to run a command as root superuser. Use 'sudo sh' or 'sudo su -' in order to get a root prompt. To connect using your instance's public DNS, enter the following command. ssh -i /path/your-key-pair.pem centos@ec2-instance-dns-name.
