Planview Service Level Agreement available at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#service Terms for Support Services are available at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#service Planview Data Processing Agreement found at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#dpa is incorporated into this Standard Contract by reference and will take precedence over the data processing addendum. The Buyer acknowledges that in the event the Buyer has directly signed with Planview a contract for the Planview Product and associated subscription services, that contract will hold precedence over the Standard Contract.
