Overview
Cody Solutions designs and implements computer vision and video analytics solutions on AWS for use cases such as access control, object and vehicle detection, and visual inspection. Every solution is deployed in the customer's own AWS account, ensuring that images and video never leave the customer's environment.
Scope of Service
Discovery - We begin with a structured discovery phase covering use cases, camera and image sources, detection targets, accuracy and latency requirements, privacy constraints, and data retention rules.
Model Selection and Configuration - We evaluate and configure the right detection approach for each use case, whether that is an open-source model such as the YOLO family or an AWS managed AI service. Models are tuned and evaluated against the customer's own data to meet agreed accuracy thresholds.
Architecture on AWS - We design and build the end-to-end pipeline: image and video ingestion, inference, results storage, API layer, and operator interface, all running on AWS serverless and managed services for scalability and cost efficiency.
Human in the Loop - Low-confidence results are automatically routed to a review queue where operators confirm or correct decisions. Every correction is retained and fed back for continuous model improvement.
Security and Responsible AI - Solutions include role-based access control, encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, and configurable data retention policies. All work is delivered under Cody Solutions' ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certified management systems.
Testing, Handover and Support - We conduct accuracy evaluation, user acceptance testing, and full documentation before handover, followed by knowledge transfer sessions and post-launch support.
Proven Delivery
Cody Solutions has delivered a YOLO-based damage-scoring pipeline with a human review queue, an LLM-based AI assistant for Arab Bank (Switzerland), and AWS platforms for UNDP Guyana. Since 2023 the company has completed nine contracts for government bodies and international organisations, including UNDP, UNESCO, and Government of Ukraine.
