Baseline testing runs fast using default settings on each mobile app. Advanced testing lets you configure and test custom account information, PII, and other sensitive data. Both are priced by app count, offered for 1 or 2 apps. You pick the depth that matches each app's risk profile.
Guided assessments add a NowSecure analyst who navigates your app to handle complex flows like MFA, CAPTCHA, and shopping carts. The 4x covers 1 app; the 8x covers 2 apps. The number reflects assessment frequency during the term. A per-assessment add-on exists but requires Advanced.
They bill independently and appear together on your invoice. Testing dimensions (Baseline, Advanced, Guided) set your app coverage and depth. The Core, Pro, and Enterprise support tiers set your service level, such as onboarding, live support, SSO, and account management. You choose both parts to fit your program.

Everything is automated, customer support is fantastic and it has a good number of tests and coverage.

some of the customization is not the best, and could be better.

The ability to scale while being user-friendly. Dedicated staff with experts actively involved in the Mobile Security field.
What do you dislike about the product?
NowSecure is a powerful tool, but it has limitations. Testing can be complex and very seldom it requires manual intervention. Additionally, the cost of the service can be a challenge for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NowSecure has been pivotal in addressing key challenges in our mobile environment. The tool compensates for any lack of in-house expertise in mobilem security testing. It has significant increased our security posture ensuring our mobile applications are robust against emerging threats. NowSecure has been instrumental in helping us comply with various governmnet mandates. NowSecure has been invaluable for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
- Detailed reports; the tool covers our SAST needs for app scanning resolutely. Once packaged correctly and the scans have finished, we couldn't ask for a more detailed / covering report.

Bluntly put, our iOS app is a core part of our product offering, and NowSecure helps us ensure quality and security of this. As is standard practice, we've integrated this into our build and release cycles, and its not playing an important part in improving our security posture.

- Integrations could use improvement (e.g., greater CLI support) - worth noting the team are actively working on that and have been engaging with us directly for feedback.
- Scans take a little while to run, but again, so do many of the other tools on the market so this isn't a show stopper.
