Overview
OVERVIEW TextOre provides professional social media monitoring, intelligence analysis, and advisory services to organizations using AWS for intelligence, security, risk management, and analytical workflows.
Persian-language experts combine AI-assisted monitoring with analyst assessment of Iran's domestic information environment. TextOre monitors Iranian social media and other publicly available information to identify emerging narratives, state and proxy messaging, influential actors, coordinated information activity, audience reaction, and potential threats to customer interests.
Unlike conventional monitoring focused primarily on international platforms, TextOre examines Iran's domestic information environment, including platforms operating within or alongside Iran's National Information Network. This can reveal narratives and activity that may not initially appear internationally. Each engagement is customized to customer intelligence requirements, topics, organizations, personnel, locations, and assets.
AWS RELATIONSHIP This Professional Services offering supports organizations using AWS for intelligence analysis, security monitoring, risk management, and related workflows. TextOre helps customers operationalize Iran-focused social media intelligence by defining monitoring requirements, developing topic- and asset-specific criteria, establishing alerts, and structuring analytical outputs for customer workflows.
Where requested, deliverables can be structured for customer AWS environments, including workflows using Amazon S3 for storage and Amazon OpenSearch Service for search and analysis. Monitoring and AnalysisServices may include:
• Persian-language and Iranian domestic-platform monitoring • Narrative, propaganda, and strategic-messaging analysis • Influence-operation and cross-platform migration analysis • Key actor, influencer, network, audience, and organic-conversation analysis • Threat-language and customer-asset monitoring • Situational awareness and configurable alerts • Analyst briefings and custom intelligence assessments
Monitoring can include Aparat, Soroush Plus, Virasty, and Eitaa, plus international social media, news, websites, forums, and other public sources.
ANALYTICAL APPROACH TextOre analysts assess what is being communicated, its context, intended audience, amplification, factual basis, and potential strategic purpose. Analysis can identify emerging narratives, regime or proxy messaging, recurring themes, inconsistencies between official and domestic messaging, influential actors, and information-operation tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Cross-platform analysis can identify narratives and media moving from Iranian domestic platforms to international audiences and assess how messages are modified or amplified.
THREAT DETECTION TextOre can establish customer-specific monitoring criteria for organizations, personnel, facilities, locations, technologies, topics, and other interests. Monitoring can identify threat-related language or emerging activity involving customer personnel, operations, physical or digital assets, partners, and geographic areas of interest. Alerts provide situational awareness and analyst-supported indicators for further evaluation.
DELIVERABLES Depending on the engagement, deliverables may include: • Weekly or monthly intelligence reports • Executive summaries • Flash alerts and threat notifications • Narrative and influence assessments • Actor and influencer profiles • Cross-platform and network analysis • Original-language excerpts and English translations • Analyst commentary and briefings • Custom research memoranda • Structured data exports
For significant findings, analysts may document the original source, translation, narrative context, intended audience, supporting or contradictory evidence, operational implications, confidence, and evidentiary gaps.
ENGAGEMENT PROCESS Each engagement begins with a requirements session to establish intelligence requirements, sources, topics, actors, assets, threat indicators, alert criteria, reporting cadence, deliverable formats, AWS workflow requirements, and security considerations. TextOre then configures monitoring, conducts collection and analysis, delivers agreed reports and alerts, provides analyst consultation, and adjusts priorities as requirements evolve.
SOURCES, SECURITY, AND LIMITATIONS TextOre uses publicly and commercially available information; the standard service does not include classified information. Social media content may be deleted, restricted, misleading, synthetic, or difficult to verify. Analysts distinguish observed information from analytical judgments and identify material uncertainties. Deliverables may be provided through secure email, encrypted messaging, secure file transfer, customer-approved collaboration systems, customer-controlled repositories, or other mutually agreed methods.
