• Kick-off project and introduce AWS-certified consultants. • Assess current AWS accounts and map workloads. • Capture requirements for Production objectives: Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), and compliance needs. • Identify critical applications, databases, and services requiring replication. • Deliver requirements document and other milestone deliverables. • Draft project management documents.

• Conduct workshops to finalize architecture for the different environments (Production, Development, Staging, etc.) • Define replication strategy across AWS regions. • Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) document. • Establish rollout plan for phased migration. • Deliver risk and issue logs, project schedule, and communication plan.
