Overview
grm.sh provides managed production engineering and continuous delivery for software products running on AWS.
We take responsibility for implementing product changes, delivering them safely to production, and operating the agreed production environment. The service covers the complete delivery process: analysis, implementation, testing, independent review, staging, customer acceptance, production deployment, and verification.
Every engagement begins with an assessment of the existing codebase, infrastructure, and representative upcoming work. We establish the current production baseline, identify any stabilization required, define operating boundaries, and prepare a concrete onboarding plan.
Onboarding establishes a reproducible runtime and the agreed production setup, including monitoring, backups, rollback procedures, and a documented operating policy.
Once ongoing delivery begins, customers provide product requirements while grm.sh manages the engineering process required to ship them. Each change is analyzed against the existing system, defined through clear acceptance criteria, implemented and tested, independently reviewed, deployed to staging for acceptance, and then released to production.
grm.sh also operates the agreed production environment, including deployment and rollback paths, secrets and access boundaries, monitoring, alerting and logs, off-server backups with verified restores, routine maintenance, and incident diagnosis and recovery.
The result is a single managed engineering service covering both ongoing product delivery and the production systems required to run it.

Vendor support
Support is integrated into the managed service. Critical production incidents affecting the agreed production environment take priority over ongoing feature delivery. Human diagnosis begins within one hour during the standard support window, Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC. Changes introduced by grm.sh that fail their accepted criteria or break previously working behavior are corrected without an additional fee.
