Rather than establishing an in-house team, engaging trusted partner is often preferable. By leveraging on the extensive knowledge and resources of a trusted managed services provider, the customer can focus more on their core business rather than worrying about IT tasks.

As a certified AWS Managed Services Partner  with competencies in both application and infrastructure management, we utilize AWS cloud native services to enhance our managed services offerings. Customer can choose between two options to create landing zone in AWS, first one is using AWS Control Tower , while second one is customised landing zone built by the customer or its partner. The “Managed Services for Landing Zone” encompasses:

• Preventive Maintenance: We proactively prevent issues before they occur by using AWS tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and AWS Config to monitor and manage cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
• Corrective Maintenance: We address issues that have already occurred by using AWS tools such as AWS Lambda to automate tasks, reducing the need for manual intervention and speeding up resolution times.
