New subscribers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, in writing, if the subscription has not been materially used. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable; cancel anytime to stop future billing. Enterprise, Private Offer, or custom agreements are governed by their own contract terms. Include order details, product name, and AWS account ID with requests to foundersoffice@vaia.co.in . Reviewed within 5 business days.
