Overview
Atos AgentX Demo
Atos AgentX is an autonomous incident response framework designed for modern, cloud-native operations on AWS. Acting as a fully autonomous on-call engineer, AgentX goes beyond traditional alerting and chatbots by orchestrating a team of intelligent agents that manage the entire incident lifecycle, from detection and acknowledgment to root cause analysis and remediation. When monitoring tools such as Amazon CloudWatch or Dynatrace detect anomalies, AgentX responds immediately, eliminating the need for manual triage and late-night firefighting.
Built around the AWS DevOps Agent and operating within the Amazon Bedrock ecosystem, AgentX coordinates multiple specialist agents to resolve incidents in real time. The Observability Supervisor rapidly acknowledges alerts, while the DevOps Agent performs deep root cause analysis across telemetry, application code, and deployment history. Additional specialist agents suppress recurring noise, enrich ServiceNow tickets with actionable RCA insights, and execute remediation actions such as restarting services via AWS Systems Manager (SSM) or adjusting Amazon EKS Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) configurations, often without human intervention.
Atos AgentX delivers measurable business outcomes, including up to 3X faster Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and reduced operational costs through automated governance and resource optimization. The solution integrates with core AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Systems Manager, Amazon EKS, AWS X-Ray, and third-party ITSM and collaboration platforms such as ServiceNow, Slack, and PagerDuty. By shifting organizations from reactive incident management to autonomous operations, AgentX helps teams reduce downtime, prevent engineer burnout, and focus on delivering business value.

Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
