Syncplify Server! is already installed for you on this machine image, all you have to do after you launch it is make sure your security group allows inbound traffic on port 6443, and then point your browser to:
https://IP_address_of_your_EC2_instance:6443/init/setup?ssc=2LgvQt
This will guide you through the initial setup of your SuperAdmin account. The entire process is web-based and guided, just provide the information requested by the setup wizard, and you'll be all set in less than 2 minutes.
