Contract placement. Bring in talent for a defined term to close a capacity or skills gap. They work in your repositories, your sprints, and your standups as part of your team, with the term and team sized to the work in front of you — a migration, a platform build, a product launch, a compliance deadline. Extend the engagement as the roadmap grows, add roles as scope expands, and close it out when the work is delivered. No recruiting cycle, no permanent headcount commitment.

Contract-to-hire. Start an engineer on contract, evaluate them on real work in your environment, and convert them to your payroll on agreed terms. You see how someone performs against your codebase and your team before you make a permanent decision, which is a far better signal than any interview loop.

Permanent placement. When you need the role on your own team for good, we run the search and place the hire directly with you. We source from the same network we hire from ourselves, screen against the technical bar we hold our own engineers to, and present a short list of qualified candidates rather than a stack of résumés. Placements are backed by a replacement guarantee.
