    The Portal allows oil & gas operators to provide owners with self-service access to their data in order to request updates to contact and banking information. It also enables owners to review ownership details, payment history, billing history, and 1099 data and submit support tickets into the operator’s workflow. The portal is hosted on AWS using Amazon EC2 and is seamlessly integrated with SAP Analytics on AWS Cloud, with generative AI–powered insights supporting data access and analysis.

    Overview

    The solution provides Oil and Gas Operators with a secure self-service portal that allows Owners to request updates to Master Data and review Ownership and Transaction History. The portal is an SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)–based application that is hosted on Amazon EC2 in the AWS Cloud and integrated with SAP PRA/JVA. The Business Partner Portal allows Owners to request updates to Master Data such as Contact Information, Banking Information, and Payment Preferences. These requests are submitted through the portal and routed to SAP Workflow for approval while maintaining SOX compliance. All ownership, transaction, and payment-related data used by the portal is stored in a relational database running on Amazon RDS. The portal provides Owners with access to PRA DOI and JVA Equity Group ownership information. Revenue payments, check details, JIB statements, and invoice details can be viewed using built-in search and filter capabilities. Ownership and transaction history reports can be downloaded directly to Microsoft Excel. These downloadable files and reports are securely stored and delivered using Amazon S3. Owners can submit support tickets through the portal based on a client-defined set of ticket types. These support tickets are integrated with the Operator’s internal ticketing system through secure REST APIs implemented using Amazon API Gateway, enabling electronic processing and tracking of Owner requests through standard internal workflows.

    • Owners have the ability to review JV Equity Group Ownership and Statement / Invoice Data. PRA DOI Ownership and Payments / Check Details are available and the data for any of these inquiries can be downloaded seamlessly to MS Excel.
