PartnerCloud provides a no-cost AWS Partner Central migration service for eligible AWS Partners, designed to support a clean, validated transition from legacy Partner Central to the new AWS Partner Central experience in the AWS Console. Delivered as a one-time professional services engagement, this offering focuses on execution, access validation, and successful completion with minimal disruption to partner operations.

AWS is consolidating Partner Central access and functionality into the AWS Console as part of its ongoing partner experience modernization. To maintain access to Partner Central features and workflows, AWS Partners must migrate from legacy Partner Central to the new Partner Central experience in the AWS Console.

No-Cost Migration for Eligible Partners: AWS-funded professional services delivered at no cost to the partner, subject to AWS incentive approval and readiness requirements.

Fast, Defined Delivery Window: Migrations are typically completed within a defined 7-day delivery window following readiness confirmation, helping partners regain access quickly and confidently.

Execution-First, Operator-Led Delivery: Hands-on migration support delivered by former AWS Partner leadership, focused on completion and validation rather than open-ended advisory work.

AWS Account Selection and Linking Support: Guidance and execution support to ensure the correct AWS payer and associated accounts are linked to Partner Central.

IAM Role Mapping and Access Validation: Review and validation of required IAM roles and user permissions to ensure appropriate access within the new Partner Central experience.

Migration Execution or Supervised Execution: Direct execution support or guided oversight of the Partner Central migration process, depending on customer requirements.

Post-Migration Verification: Confirmation of successful access to the new AWS Partner Central console for designated users and roles.

Role-Based Access Walkthrough: A brief, role-based walkthrough to help key stakeholders understand how to access and navigate Partner Central following migration.

Readiness Confirmation: PartnerCloud confirms required prerequisites, access, and stakeholder availability prior to scheduling the migration.

Time-Bound Migration Window: Migration activities are executed within a defined delivery window, with coordination and support provided throughout.

Verification and Completion: The engagement concludes upon verified Partner Central access and confirmation of successful migration.

This is a one-time, time-bound migration engagement focused solely on Partner Central migration and access validation. Ongoing Partner Central operations, co-sell execution, Marketplace optimization, funding strategy, CRM integration, or program advisory services are not included in this offering and may be provided separately if required.
