    Overview

    This is a repackaged open source software wherein additional charges apply for extended support with a 24 hour response time. This is a minimal Ubuntu 18 image with the Elastic Network Adapter (ENA) enabled. It contains just enough packages to run within AWS, bring up a SSH Server and allow users to login. Cloud-init, as well as latest available Ubuntu 18 security updates released by the Ubuntu team are included. Root login is disabled and only the 'ubuntu' user is allowed to connect using ssh public key authentication.
