You may use the platform until your commitment is consumed(drawn down against commitment amount based on applicable DBU rates); any additional usage beyond the commitment will require negotiation with Databricks for the purchase of more DBUs to continue your use of Databricks. Databricks may suspend or terminate your account for exceeding your usage commitment. Any unused commitment expires at the end of the commitment period. Either party may cancel automatic renewal by providing notice at least ten (10) days in advance of the renewal term.
