Vendor refund policy
If a refund is required, users can submit a refund application within 3 working days from the date of completing the order payment. Refund applications will not be accepted if submitted after the deadline. Only the actual paid amount will be refunded and vouchers, coupons, and other promotional items that have been used will not be refunded. If an invoice is already issued, you need to return the invoice to us before the refund can be processed.
