What do you like best about the product?
Trustmi seamlessly integrates with existing financial business processes and platforms in a manner that actually streamlines business processes and operations while minimizing the potential for risk-based impact, whether through traditional BEC attacks or modern deep fake-based attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, the product has been genuinely helpful in terms of reducing operational time commitments and minimizing the potential for impact, all while helping cyber deliver likeable services back to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trustmi enabling Finance to self-identify and avoid being impacted by fraudulent payment transactions, regardless of the source of the payment-related request or transaction, all without the need for manual validation processes or the need to engage Cybersecurity to investigate and determine whether requests are valid or malicious while preventing sophisticated attacks from bypassing traditional, ineffective controls (e.g. security awareness training).
This allows Finance and Cybersecurity to shift time previously spent validating or investigating payment transactions back to other more strategic and important efforts, grows Cybersecurity's political capital with Finance (and the extended exec team), and of course, minimizes the potential for an incident to inflict a monetary and/or brand impact.

What do you like best about the product?
The largest benefit of Trustmi is that it significantly reduces the risk of B2B payment fraud utilizing the best case of AI Machine Learning I have ever seen. It does so while producing zero to very few false positives so your team doesn't have to weed through false positives. It also improves the efficiency of your team by allowing you to eliminate manual processes related to B2B payment fraud prevention. Implementation is quick and easy with low friction so there is quick time to value. You don't have to change your processes and you don't have to move your B2B payment related data to another platform - Trustmi accesses it where it lies. I highly recommend letting Trustmi do a POC - you'll likely be amazed by the results. Finally, Trustmi's customer support gives you an ally in the fight against B2B fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides in using Trustmi at all - you don't have to change processes and you don't have to move data. It is an investment in $ but that can be offset by efficiency gains through the use of Trustmi.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I do not need to manually confirm the ACH/wire transfer information. In this time of fraudulent activity, I have an advocate to help our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a delay in response to questions, however, I understand the time zone difference from the US Eastern Time and Israel is a factor and it is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have begun implementing a new Bank and Trustmi has been excellent in working through the difficulties.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Trustmi is that they cater the product to be exactly how we would like it to be. We had a lot of extra features that we wanted Trustmi to add to our Trustmi Service, and not only did they add those extra features, but they also did it extremely well. Trustmi seemed daunting at first, but the service is actually simple to use as it is user friendly. Lastly, Trustmi was not originally integrated with our accounting software, but they were able to integrate into our system quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only big issue with Trustmi is our time zone difference. They are based out of Israel, so we felt that it was difficult to get in contact with their tech support team if we needed to since we are based out of the east coast of the United States.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trustmi is helping us securely pay our vendors via ACH. They make sure that our vendors are able to put in their company's sensitive information into a safe place. Trustmi also watches any activity that may occur with our vendors and alert us if something strange is going on.
