You choose from five subscription tiers plus a pay-as-you-go credit option. Scout, Recon, Engage, Squadron, and Command scale by monthly active engagements and report bundles. Scout and Recon cap engagements and bundles that do not roll forward. Engage adds roll-forward engagements. Squadron and Command remove the caps with unlimited engagements and bundles. Higher tiers add more operator seats, integrations, and included add-ons. Command adds isolated infrastructure and on-prem testing. PTRG credits bill separately on a usage basis for autonomous runs and anything beyond your plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An active engagement is one open assessment where you author findings, attach evidence, and ship a report bundle. Scout allows 5 per month, Recon 10, and Engage 15. On Scout and Recon, unused engagements do not roll forward. Engage lets unused engagements roll forward. Squadron and Command have no limit.
You keep working without interruption. Extra report bundles auto-charge beyond your monthly cap. You can also buy an additional engagement slot when you hit the active-engagement limit. These slot and bundle charges apply on Scout, Recon, and Engage. Squadron and Command ship unlimited engagements and bundles, so no overage applies.
Credits are the pay-as-you-go unit on AWS Marketplace, each worth a fixed amount. They bill separately from your plan for autonomous runs and any usage beyond your tier. Add-ons and metered autonomous runs draw from the same credit balance. Your plan covers included capacity; credits cover anything on top.
