Usage instructions
Access the application via web browser at http://instance-public-ip/phpmyadmin ,and use 'root' as username and 'instance-id' as password. ssh to the instance public IP and login as 'ubuntu' using the key specified at launch time. Use 'sudo su -' in order to get a root prompt. Default web root is: /var/www/html
