This contract-based listing offers two pricing dimensions tied to the scale of your jurisdiction. The Population (Hosts) dimension prices access based on the population of your jurisdiction. The Signals (Hosts) dimension prices access based on the number of signals you manage. These are not tiers you choose between; they measure your deployment scope. Your cost scales with your jurisdiction size and the count of managed signals. Larger populations or more managed signals raise the amount billed under each respective dimension.

A signal is a signalized intersection under your management. The platform monitors every movement at each intersection using anonymous connected-vehicle data, without hardware or fieldwork. Each managed intersection counts toward the signal total that drives your billing under this dimension.
