Overview
This bundled package combines Phases 1 to 3 of the ISC Quantum Ignition Program, offering a structured, cost-effective pathway for organizations to explore, evaluate, and prepare for quantum computing adoption. Leveraging AWS technologies such as Amazon Braket, this program equips both leadership and technical teams with the insights and tools needed to move confidently toward implementation. Phase 1: Education: A dual-track engagement comprising a 1-day Executive Workshop (up to 6 participants) and a 2–3 day Technical Workshop (up to 8 participants):
- Executive Workshop introduces core quantum concepts (qubits, superposition, entanglement), strategic implications, and business alignment through guided discussions and ideation. Deliverables include a tailored executive report summarizing opportunities and next steps.
- Technical Workshop provides hands-on experience with quantum platforms (e.g., Amazon Braket), enabling teams to run algorithms, explore quantum-classical hybrid models, and identify relevant application areas (e.g., optimization, simulation, cryptography). The engagement concludes with a detailed technical report and readiness recommendations. Phase 2: Use-Case Discovery: Through a series of structured 1-day workshops (up to 8 participants each), this phase focuses on:
- Identifying and evaluating high-potential business problems where quantum could deliver meaningful impact.
- Ranking use cases by feasibility and strategic value.
- Producing a comprehensive report with a prioritized use-case portfolio, feasibility assessments, and a custom quantum adoption roadmap. Phase 3: Deep Dive: A 2–4 week engagement designed to explore one high-priority use case in depth:
- Collaborative refinement of the use case with quantum and domain experts.
- Mapping of suitable quantum algorithms and benchmarking against classical approaches.
- Feasibility assessments, integration considerations, and technical validation.
- Final deliverable: a comprehensive feasibility report and a strategic roadmap for advancing to proof-of-concept and deployment. By bundling Phases 1–3, your organization benefits from a streamlined process, deeper continuity, and preferred pricing, enabling faster, more aligned decision-making on quantum investment.
